What is the My Team or Direct Reports toggle on People Selector?

The People Selector is now even better! We enhanced the selector to first show you the most relevant employees based on your user role. You can slide the toggle to reveal more results (in some cases the whole organization).

For employee users it might be relevant to select team members who also report to your manager whether you are creating an agenda or requesting 360 feedback.

In the people selector you will see a My Team option. If you need to select others in the organization simply slide the toggle to the "off" position.

For managers and above the same is true. You most likely are wanting to view and select employees on your team - those who directly report to you. Therefore, we created a My Team option. With this enabled the selector will initially show only your Direct Reports. Slide the toggle to the "off" position to reveal the rest of the organization.
