Updated over a week ago

Our primary objective is to provide users with a delightful experience by focusing on user-friendly features and adding enjoyment to the Performance Management process. Over the past month, our efforts have been dedicated to optimizing performance and refining existing application features.

1. Dashboard Updates

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to configure their dashboard views. You can find this new option within the “Configure dashboard” button. With this new option, you can now choose the application dashboard that best serves your needs. The 'Configure Dashboard' option also brings a sleek feature of changing the layout by simply dragging and dropping elements as per your liking.

2. Reminders Updates

We are pleased to introduce a new tab within the Account Settings section dedicated to configuring "Reminders". This addition aims to streamline the management of reminder settings across all applications.

In this release, we have incorporated the ability to customize reminders specifically for the 360 Feedback application. Users can now define the desired number of days before the feedback deadline when assignees should receive reminder notifications. This feature empowers users to fine-tune their workflow by ensuring timely notifications and enabling assignees to complete their tasks within the given timeframe.

3. Check-in Enhancements

a. Addition of Pulse Rating column to Check-In table

We are excited to announce the addition of the "Pulse rating" column to the Check-In table. This column displays the average pulse rating of the last three Check-In sentimental ratings.

To further enrich the filtering capabilities of the Check-In table, we have introduced three new filter operators: Equal (=), Greater than (>), and Less than (<). These operators enable users to refine their search queries based on pulse ratings.

Users can perform advanced filter queries with the new filter operators, such as "Search all Check-Ins with pulse rating less than 3." This functionality empowers users to efficiently locate specific Check-In records based on desired pulse rating thresholds, allowing for targeted analysis and action.

b. Access to IDP+ from Check-In application

We are delighted to announce users can now access the IDP+ application directly from within the Check-In application. This integration provides a convenient and efficient way to update the IDP Target development area during the Check-In process. Users can effortlessly edit, delete, or mark an IDP as complete without switching between separate applications. This cohesive experience ensures a seamless flow and allows users to easily manage their development plans, all within the Check-In application itself.

4. 9-Box Application Enhancements

We are excited to introduce support for multiple calibration reports for employees, accommodating situations where employees have multiple managers or receive multiple assessment requests. Admins and Super Users can now view multiple assessments in the Calibration Report. However, only one calibration can be approved per employee, requiring Admins or Super Users to "finalize" the placement by making a definitive decision based on the available assessments. This update aims to enhance the flexibility and accuracy of Performance Management for organizations with complex reporting structures.

5. User Import Self-Serve tool enhancements

With this release we have made substantial improvements to the user interface of the self-serve user import tool in our People application. One of the notable additions is the introduction of a dedicated tab exclusively designed to display historical logs. This new feature serves as a centralized repository for tracking and assessing the processing history of user-import files. By consolidating this information, users can efficiently monitor the progress and outcomes of their import activities.

Furthermore, we have added an additional tab specifically dedicated to providing detailed explanations about each column supported by the input file used in the User Import self-serve tool. This tab offers comprehensive information, empowering users with a better understanding of the data required and ensuring accuracy during the import process.
