What's new in May '22?

Updated over a week ago

We'd like to share our new features and functions with you!

Updates for all user levels

Accessibility features

You might notice some recent design changes! WorkDove now has more options when it comes to customizing your own experience.

Go to the drop-down next to your name, and you will find a few new options:

Alongside the long-standing "Select Language" feature, you will see "Toggle Grayscale":

The other new option that we have is "Toggle Resolution," which will show a slightly larger-scale version of the WorkDove interface:

Goal Categories

We've always had Goal Categories for 2nd level Goals, but now you can assign a Goal Category to all levels!

Navigate to Apps > Goals > Edit/Create Goal > Goal Details tab, and note the "Goals Category" field. Choose a category to assign.

This will help organize your Goals. It will also help by adding more info to your Goal, which will then in turn help people find your Goal when they use a search filter or run a report.

Updates for account administrators

Account Settings

Here's a nifty one for Admin users! We have integrated our account settings into their relevant apps. This means that you can now make account-level adjustments to settings by finding the gear icon:

Note, you can still make updates to account settings by navigating to Settings > Account Settings > Preferences. There are just two ways to adjust your account settings (and it doesn't matter where you make that change, so long as you save it).

System Utilization Report

Super and Admin users now have a way to see some quick, salient info about employees at your organization.

You may be familiar with this or other WorkDove reports! To see this report, navigate to the side menu and find "System Utilization."

Find info about each employees number of records, latest activity, etc.:
