Features as Apps

You might notice that our “Engage” Features are now called “Apps.” We are excited to announce this “application,” which is designed to make your experience on WorkDove more customizable. Organizations that are new to WorkDove can choose which Apps to subscribe to, while existing customers will have access to all the Apps.

Apps include:

  • Recognition

  • Goals

  • 360 Feedback

  • Performance Reviews

  • Learn

  • Agendas

  • 9-Box

  • Surveys

  • Calendar

Web application redesign

Global Employee Search/At a Glance card

In order to facilitate better employee management, we have a new ‘At a Glance’ card! Now, managers, cascading managers, and admin users are able to search for employees. (Note: employees are not findable to anyone outside of their cascading management tree.)

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find the employee that you are looking for

and you will see a brief summary of their recent activity and accomplishments.

New Calendar app with 3rd Party integrations!

Our new calendar feature makes managing your personal, team, and organization-wide calendar easy. Find Agendas, Check Ins, 360 Feedback, and Learn assignments populate your calendar automatically, and are color-coordinated for ease. ‘Custom’ events allow you more flexibility, by allowing you to make your own event and invite users that you would like to include.

Customize your own Surveys with the new Survey Builder!

Survey Builder allows you to get meaningful feedback about your company and employees. This new app is flexible enough to allow you to gather data on anything you need to know.

On the Surveys landing page, you will find some useful context about each Survey.

To create your own custom Survey, set your Survey preferences and due date.

Then, create your own questionnaire. Use the floating “+” icon at the bottom of the page to add new questions. Select your preferred answer form (dropdown, vertical radio buttons, horizontal radio buttons, text, sliding scale, or star rating).

Preview your Survey.

Finally, check the results in easy to read charts!

Check-In in the sidebar

Need a refresher on what you were focusing on during your last Check-In? We now have a new sidebar displayed as you work on your Check-In. Look to the sidebar for a quick reminder and see what you included last Check-In!
