9-Box Dashboard Cards
The 9-Box feature helps you to evaluate and plot your organizations' talent pool based on two factors, which most commonly are performance and potential.
We created the Dashboard cards to quickly view statistics at the company level and for managers to see what may still be pending and quickly access their assignment.

GOAL /OKR REPORT
Reports are always good when they quickly give you a sense of progress and highlight where you may need to take action.
The Goal or OKR Report view does just that. We added two (2) new indicators on the cards to highlight when something needs attention.
The dot indicator which is tied to the End Date of the goal lets you know when the goal is past the end date or soon the end date may be approaching.
The "stoplight" pill colors over the % complete is a reflection of where the employee feels the goal is with regards to progress. Goals may be On Track, Need Attention, or At Risk.
