It is our goal to delight users by focusing on features that are simple to use and add fun to Performance Management.  We are excited to announce a brand new feature, 9-Box, as well as several design and workflow updates.  Oh yeah, we also added a System Utilization report!  Read below for release details.

Our 360 Degree Feedback just got a whole lot "cooler"!  We added the option to select what type of response you want for each question you include in the feedback request.

The likert response is a Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree scale.  Each question or statement can have a likert response, a text response, or a combination of both.

Our most recent release include design updates to our forms in a big way!  We are continuing to make incremental design changes that we feel keep the interface fresh and modern.

We relocated our "success" and informational banners to a "toast" style that show the progression of the notification and then disappear.

As you know, some updates are more  "behind the scenes". Each release includes efforts to improve workflows, performance, and/or are updates required to keep up with the evolution of the application. Below are quick notes about those updates:

Workplace Satisfaction Report - we improved the print version for the graphical report.

Performance Review Template creation - we removed the requirement to have at least one objective included.

360 Completed Feedback single list view - we moved the long version of the form into our tab style views and added a print option.

Performance Review Check-In sidebar - we resolved an issue with a redirect when filtering sidebar records for employee users.

Performance Review Pipeline - we resolved a display issue when screen is resized.
