We recommend using Google Chrome as the default browser since it works very well with web-based applications. Many people still have Internet Explorer set as their default browser. However, Microsoft no longer supports security updates for Internet Explorer so we do not allow users to access WorkDove with IE.

If you still need to install Google Chrome you can do so by following the link here.

You can set your default browser to Google Chrome by opening up Google Chrome and clicking on the **three dot menu** in the top right corner.

Next, navigate to settings and scroll down to default browser and select **Make Default. **

If you ever run into issues in the application a good rule of thumb is to first check and verify that you are using Google Chrome.
