How do I turn on email reminders?

We offer several types of email reminders. Reminders for performance reviews can be enabled by the Admin User in the Account Settings.

As the Admin User, login and navigate to settings located in the left-side navigation.

You can set a custom time to send reminder emails to employees before their self-assessment Due Date as well as a custom time to remind managers to complete the employee's review before or after the Due Date.

We have push notifications as well. Look for the email icon on the tables or within the three-dot menu to send one-off email reminders manually.
