How do I remind my team to complete Learn topics?

The Learn feature is great for capturing industry-related content, setting up an employee Onboarding program, and more.

You assigned Learn topics for your team or organization and it is now time to remind those folks who have not yet completed their topics.

Here is how you can send reminders.

  • Navigate to Apps > Learn.

  • Select the appropriate My Team or My Organization option.

For the Team Members (grouped) view, select the dot menu to view the employee's assigned topics and then the dot menu per topic to send a reminder.

For the All Team Topics view, select the dot menu per topic to send a reminder. You can also use the filter to narrow the results.
