Changing Your Password

To update your password, click the downward-facing arrow beside your name in the top-right corner of WorkDove. Then, select the "My Profile" option.

From your profile view, select "Update."

In the "Change Password" field, type your new password. Make sure your password is at least 8 characters. Then, click "Save."

Important Note: If your organization has activated Single-Sign-On (SSO), you won't need a separate password for WorkDove. When you enter your username in WorkDove, you'll be automatically redirected to your organization's SSO page to complete the sign-in process. In this scenario, you will not have a separate password tied to the WorkDove system. If you have issues with your SSO password, you will need to contact your internal IT department.
