There are two ways to change the frequency and/or the questions on your direct reports' Check-Ins: either individually or by utilizing our bulk edit tool.
Here are the steps on how to the frequency of a Check-in individually:
1. Ensure you are in the 'My Team' view.
2. Navigate to Apps > Check-Ins.
3. Select the three dots next to the person's Check-In you would like to edit and select 'Edit Check-In Form' from the action menu.
4. Adjust the Check-In frequency and/or modify the included questions.
Here are the steps on how to the frequency of a multiple Check-Ins by utilizing the Bulk Edit tool:
1. Ensure you are in the 'My Team' view.
2. Navigate to Apps > Check-Ins.
3. Select the ‘Bulk Operations’ tool
4. Select the users you would like to apply the changes to and then select ‘Bulk Edit’
5. Adjust the check-in frequency and/or modify the included questions.
6. Click ‘Proceed’ and then apply the changes to the records.
