Managers coaching notes and star ratings are not viewable to the employee until the assessment is BOTH marked 'Yes' AND is signed by the manager.

Note: There is a setting option available that may enable Employees to see the Manager's comments & ratings in the Review once the Manager marks their portion as complete. This would be before the Review conversation. Contact support for more information.

Managers typically sign the review after they conduct the conversation to discuss with the results with the employee.

The employee can then view their Performance Review including their manager's ratings and coaching notes. Employees navigate to Apps > Performance Reviews > Past to access the signed review.

Some accounts may require additional approval before managers are able to sign the review.
