Your organization has elected to use our Review Approval process which requires the manager to submit reviews for approval before sharing the results with you.

Your review may look like the sample below where you are not able to add comments or make changes.

This is because the review has been submitted for approval by your manager and is now "read only".

You can add additional comments when signing your review after meeting with your manager.
