Can I attach documents to my self assessment or a team member's review?

This question comes up quite a lot. There may be many different reasons and different types of documents you may want to include as part of the official review record.

Whether you are attaching a document to your own self assessment or attaching a document to a team member's review the steps are the same.

The form allows up to two (2) documents. If you have more than two documents you may want to combine them as one.

  • Navigate to your assessment or team member's review.

  • Under the Summary tab scroll to the bottom to access the Attachment option.

  • Provide a title for the document you want to attach.

  • Use the Choose File option to select the appropriate document.

Attachments are included in the autosave function of the assessment / review form.

If you need to delete a document attached in error use the delete checkbox before saving.
