How do I add another or change our current Admin user?

Are you a new Administrative user for your organization?

WorkDove allows more than one Administrative user per account.

If you are new to the organization or the role, please have a current Administrative user request that you be added or that your access be upgraded. The request can be emailed to [email protected] and must come from the existing Admin user's email address.

Are you taking over for a previous Administrative user?

  • If there is another Administrative user for your account, they can add you and request your access to be updated. The request can be emailed to [email protected] and must come from the existing Admin user's email address.

  • Suppose the previous Admin user is no longer with the organization and no other Administrative users are on the account. In that case, we can still add or update your access with the appropriate permission.

For the security of your organization's data and to abide by our service agreements, the request must be made by one of the following:

An officer

Executive (c-level) team member

General counsel (legal rep)

The request must be made in writing, sent to [email protected] and received by the user's direct email.

Our team will take additional measures to confirm the contact information and help upgrade your access as soon as the information is received and verified.
