Included in the application is a standard Engagement Survey. This tool assists leaders in taking the "pulse" of their team regarding how engaged they are with their work and the organization.

This survey includes 12 statements with a strongly agree to strongly disagree response scale. The survey is anonymous. Click here for details.

This survey can be sent before you begin the performance management process to get a "baseline" and then again to gauge productivity and team chemistry improvements.

Managers can send the survey from WorkDove and see the results for their team. Super Users and Administrative users can send the survey and view results for the entire organization.

Results include a graph, and the number of participants count for each statement.
