It is our goal to delight users by focusing on features that are simple to use and add fun to Performance Management. This past month we worked on a new feature, to be released next month, as well as improving the user experience.

People Selector - Relocated the Direct Report/ My Team toggle

We know the people selector is a big part of how you assign or create records throughout the application. We recently added a pre-filter toggle to the selector to initially show managers and above their Team and for employee users it shows other employees who report to their same manager.

We heard from many users that it was not easy to identify how to switch from the pre-filtered view to the whole organization. So we relocated this option and improved the record counts, previously in the footer bar, in the process.

They are both now more officially part of the filtering feature which makes the people selector so powerful.

For manager users and above, view your team or slide the toggle o view the whole organization.

For employee users, view employees who also report to your manager or slide the toggle to view the whole organization.
