It is our goal to delight users by focusing on features that are simple to use and add fun to Performance Management. This past month we worked on performance improvements and other minor tweaks to existing application features.

Bulk Edit Check-Ins for Manager Users

The Bulk Edit feature for Team Check-Ins is now available for manager users. Updates such as Frequency and questions can be edited for your whole team. (988)

Notifications and Digest Email

This is a big update to how we are communicating activity to the various users in the application. We discontinued the digest style email to employees and updated the digest for others. Employee related activity will now always be sent via individual emails. We also updated the digest style design which is now referred to as the Activity Email. Click here for more details. Export Improvements

We improved several aspects of the export function behind the scenes which improves the speed of exports as well as support team notification if an export is taking longer than expected. We also hide the export option if the list view or filtered results have zero (0) results. (1024) (1070)

Performance Review Attachments

This improvement now includes attaching files to current performance reviews to the autosave feature. (1046)

Manager Users deleting Current Reviews

This update allows manager users to delete reviews that are still in a draft status which means the review is still in Current Team Reviews and is not waiting to be approved or signed. This empowers managers to remove any blank records that were duplicated in error. (1110)

Password Reset Update

There is now improved messaging for users who are needing to reset their password. The form provides directions for the user to check their email for a link and a confirmation message when the updated password has been saved. (1111)
