WorkDove is proud to announce that its performance management software is now available to ADP® customers in the ADP Marketplace.

ADP users can now seamlessly integrate their workforce data with WorkDove through ADP Marketplace and ADP's secure application programming interface (API).

Benefits

  • Users are automatically synced from your ADP account to your WorkDove account. This means the admin team no longer adds or edits users in both applications.

  • Single Sign On is available for login, meaning users no longer need 2 passwords. Your team will automatically be signed in through their ADP account. To enable the Single Sign-On feature, please get in touch with the WorkDove Support Team or your Account Manager.

Please look at the following questions before purchasing the ADP Connector service to ensure it's a smooth transition for your team.

  • Are you currently using ADP Workforce NowⓇ?

  • Do all your employees have an ADP account and password in the Workforce Now platform, or are they logging into other ADP modules?

  • Do your employee's email addresses match in both ADP Workforce Now (Business or Work Email) and WorkDove?

  • Are you an admin on the existing WorkDove company account and in ADP?

  • Does the email address associated with your WorkDove user account match your contact email on file with ADP?

If you answered "Yes" to the questions above, you're ready to contact Support or your Account Manager for them to guide you through the process.

If you did not answer "Yes" to all the questions above, DO NOT proceed with the connection subscription. Please reach out to the Support Team or your Account Manager for help.

Purchasing the connection subscription before emails are updated or if all users do not have ADP accounts could result in outdated employee information and login issues.
